All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Jawai Experience.

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days before arrival.

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of deposit
• Full payment must be received 30 days before arrival
• Payment accepted via UPI, bank transfer, or other offline methods we share after confirming your itinerary. We do not collect card details on this website.

Cancellations are subject to the following charges:

• More than 60 days before arrival: 25% of total booking
• 30-60 days before arrival: 50% of total booking
• 15-30 days before arrival: 75% of total booking
• Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of total booking

All safari activities are conducted in accordance with local wildlife regulations and safety guidelines.

Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed as animals are wild and free-roaming.

We make every effort to maximize encounters while prioritizing animal welfare and guest safety.

To ensure everyone's safety and well-being, guests must:

• Follow all safety instructions provided by guides
• Disclose any medical conditions that may affect participation
• Maintain appropriate travel insurance coverage
• Respect wildlife and maintain safe distances at all times

To preserve the wilderness and ensure a positive experience for all:

• Maintain quiet during safari drives to avoid disturbing wildlife
• No littering or feeding of wild animals under any circumstances
• Respect local communities and honor their customs
• Follow photography guidelines to minimize wildlife disturbance

Children under 2 years are not permitted on safari drives for safety reasons.

Children aged 2-12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during activities.

Special family accommodations and tailored activities are available upon request.

Jawai Experience is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes to itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control.

This includes weather conditions, natural disasters, political unrest, or wildlife regulations.

While we take every precaution to ensure guest safety, participation in safari activities carries inherent risks.

Guests participate at their own risk and are strongly advised to maintain comprehensive travel insurance.

By booking with us, you consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during your stay for marketing purposes.

You may opt out by notifying us in writing at the time of booking.
